In Jordan, the BTEC system is being implemented as part of efforts to develop vocational and technical education. It is currently applied at Al-Hussein Technical University and Luminus College, focusing on skills-based and project-based learning. Plans include contracting a European company to expand the system, adding four new specializations: tourism, art, design, creative media, and construction. The goal is to improve education quality and better connect students with the job market.
